The Foundry - Wedding Halls In Queens
The Foundry is a 19th century building once used to fabricate metal items in support of Long Island City industry. The Du Val family purchased and restored the foundry building to reflect its 19th century architectural heritage. The space is now used as a wedding hall as well as event space for parties, photo shoots and wedding receptions in Queens NYC.

While The Foundry is a provider of raw wedding hall space, we work closely with caterers, event planners, florists, photographers and DJ's to ensure that your Queens NYC wedding reception or party flows smoothly. We can also provide you with a list of vendors with whom we've worked in the past, who are familiar with organizing events in The Foundry space.
- We help facilitate use of the space and have a minimum of two staff people in attendance for each event. The doorman facilitates entrance and delivery, while our inside event facilitator familiarizes the caterer, florist, photographer and DJ with our kitchen, floor plan and audio / visual system.

Wedding Halls In Queens - Event Space In LIC
The Foundry offers three event venues, all of which we rent by the day. We only plan one event per day, and the rental period is for twelve hours. The following are the three event spaces which may be rented, including the capacity limits:
- The Foundry - 200 people
- The Foundry Court Yard - 165 people
- The Foundry Terrrace - 60 people
The capacity limit for The Foundry as a wedding hall for wedding receptions in Queens is 200 and for a sit down dinner inside it is 125, including a dance space [80 on the ground floor and up to 45 on the Mezzanine]. Up to 165 guests may be accommodated for dinner outside in the Courtyard. We only use one vendor for tents to ensure a quality experience, and tents must be reserved in advance for your wedding reception in LIC, Queens & NYC.
