The Jamaica Center for Arts & Learning (JCAL) will celebrate Black History Month at its 400-seat theater space (JPAC) with a free screening of Before They Die! –a remarkable 92-minute documentary about the survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Riot. Immediately following the screening, a panel of experts, including filmmaker Reggie Turner, will take the stage to engage in a lively discussion about the film.
