Dear George,

Just a note to thank you very much for selling our house in Astoria. Selling our home was a major decision for us, but your patience and guidance in answering our many questions was greatly appreciated.

We never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. You made the whole experience from the first showing to closing, quick and easy. We appreciate your honesty and professionalism.

We would highly recommend your services to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Thanks Again.

Mr. George Halvatzis

Dear George,

I want to take this opportunity to send you a much belated "thank you" for all your work in selling our home a couple of years ago. We sensed you had our best interest in mind and you worked with integrity and honesty, which was very refreshing to Migda and myself.

We appreciated your reliabilty- when you said you would be at our house at a certain time, you were always there even earlier. You made yourself available to us at all times and made us feel as if ours was the only house you were selling. You brought many prospective buyers to view the house, patiently answered all our questions, and promptly returned my phone calls. You made yourself available to drive us out to Long Island for the closing (given my disability).

I very much enjoyed our conversations about the economy, the housing market, and money philosophies as well.

I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

I have also enjoyed staying in touch with you.

I looked for a house for two years in Astoria.

I found one only when I found George Halvatzis.

George knows everyone and every painted brick in the neighborhood. He's honest to a fault and intelligent. Even if you're not one of his clients, he's always there to give advice-about real estate, about marriage, about careers and even about life.

He knows everything there is to know about Astoria and continues to be a great resource even after you move in.. His clients routinely drop in his office just to chat.

George went out of his way to show me houses; he even gave up a Father's Day because that was the only day I could make it.

Once you've bought or sold a house with George, you'll never want another broker. He's a Class A property.

When I get ready to sell my house, I'll be knocking on George's door.
