DOB Enabled - 1H 2024 DOB

1H Landlord enablled harassment by the DOB providing unreasonably long windows for relentless construction / renovation harassment of rent stabilized tenants. 

On April 15, 2024 I emailed the landlords asking them to stop this ongoing harassment that began more than 7 1/2 years ago, using construction, renovation and repair projects as cover to harass rent stabilized tenants out of the building.  Three of the six apartments were vacated within the first 3 1/2 years.  After that they hit a road block - me - and the building has held steady with three apartments vacant for about 4 1/2 years, foregoing - at my current rent - about $325,000 in rent revenue.

You tell me why it could possibly take more than a few weeks, to at most, a couple of months to renovate a space that size, that was - like my apartment - in reasonably good shape to begin with?

The slides are organized by dates, showing insects, rodents, dust, hallway blockage, and so forth.  A week and a half ago I also emailed the landlord to inquire as to what was left to do and when it would be done.  No reply, by a week later, so I resent the email which we've been using as one of the main conduits of communication since they took possession of the building - so they can cut the crap about it getting lost.  They're not answering because they don't have any truthful good answers to the questions.

The following are photos of the DOB enabled harassments since late January 2024.  I say DOB enabled, because they provided the landlord with authorization for TWELVE MONTHS to harass me using Apartment 1 F as harassment cover.  Apartment 1 F is next to my apartment and is 650 square feet.
