Woodside On The Move Comes In From The Rain

Woodside / December 5, 2009. Woodside On The Move held its annual tree lighting celebration at St Sebastian's in Woodside due to the inclement weather. The temperatures were in the fifties and the rain came down in a steady drizzle. But inside St Sebastian's there were speeches and hot chocolate and singing and general all around holiday conversations as the Woodside community celebrated the night. Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony In Woodside

Woodside NY / December 4, 2008. This Saturday at 6 pm there was a tree lighting ceremony in Sohncke Square Park at the corner of Roosevelt and 58th Streets in the Woodside section of Queens NY. Refreshments, prizes and candy were provided along with live holiday music and entertainment, including a visit from Santa.
