Queens NY / Updated July 6, 2012. Queens offers easy access to a wide range of recreational facilities including four very good public golf courses. The following provides you with a listing of Queens Public Golf Courses, which by many standards are quite good, particularly for publicly owned golf courses.

The cost of golfing on a Queens golf course is $34.50 Mon - Fri before noon and $38.50 after noon. On the weekends and holidays the price is $42.50, but you must also purchase a two year resident pass, which runs another $6 [but this expense is once every two years]. The golf courses also usually offer sunset golfing packages. Golf carts are $38 for two people and any children are charged at full rate. You must dress appropriately which means golf shirts, shorts and appropriate shoes [I understand decent tennis shoes are allowed].

Clearview Park & Golf Course - Bayside Queens

The Clearview Park & Golf Course is located in the northeast corner of Queens along the Long Island Sound just southeast of the Throgs Neck Bridge in Bay Terrace.
